Base Salary: 3000 € / month.

We are looking for more than just technical syntax. We are looking for the right attitude:
- Drive and curiosity: You are willing to learn and have a customer-centric mindset.
- AI fluency: You are ready to embrace AI-powered tools in your daily work.
- Language skills: You speak fluent Finnish (required for these positions) and English.
- Status: You have graduated or will graduate soon. You are ready to work full-time by April 2026.

The deal & the timeline
We value transparency. Here is exactly how the program works:
- Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract with a 6-month trial period.
- The goal: Our aim is to sign a permanent contract with you upon successful completion of the program (target date: April 1, 2027).
- Kick-off: The program officially launches on March 30, 2026, with a kick-off session and team introductions.
