To stand out in the global competition, wholesale and retail companies need to tap into process and customer data and think about the value they can extract from analytics.
For manufacturers, true digital transformation starts by envisioning where in the value chain can data be applied to make a difference.
All public sector services should be designed to serve citizens first. Digital solutions and applications must be easy to use, despite physical and cognitive disabilities.
Digital processes and data-led services help energy and utility sector companies develop a stable energy offering with transparent, customer-centric services.
Shared platforms offer fast entry to new markets, cost-efficiently and scalably. But lasting value add comes from cross-industry collaboration and linking products with complimentary services.
Digitally disrupted, the companies in the banking, finance and insurance sector must actively innovate new approaches to build omnichannel customer experiences that fully utilize data.
While medical device software is strictly regulated, there's room for innovations that make life easier for patients and caregivers. Stable and secure data flow is a must.

At Vincit, we recognize the transformative potential of generative AI in revolutionizing the way we work and deliver value to our customers. That’s why we’ve drafted a set of generative AI principles and commitments as we integrate these cutting-edge tools into our business processes. The goal is to maintain transparency, responsibility, and a strong focus on enhancing human capabilities.
We consider generative AI tools as essential components of our technology stack, similar to Stack Overflow or Google. We don’t explicitly specify their use in projects unless we’re planning to insert customer content into those tools, and if we do, we agree on explicit permission beforehand. We remain transparent about our generative AI usage and are open when discussing it with our clients.
We’re committed to ensuring that generative AI solutions don’t compromise our own or our customers’ data security and protection. We discuss with content owners which parts of their content can be added to generative AI tools, whether or not that content can be added to a generative AI model, and how it should be anonymized.
Our team members are always accountable for the final product. We understand the limitations of generative AI tools and ensure the quality and integrity of the work produced using these technologies. This means that the final content responsibility always lies with the employee. It’s extremely important never to commit content one doesn’t understand.
We make sure our operations and solutions don’t infringe on intellectual property or other rights of third parties. We ensure that our customers own the necessary rights to any content used in our projects.
We implement our sustainability targets and tools into working with generative AI. We understand the environmental cost of AI solutions, so we use them deliberately and aim for net positive impact in our solutions. We use these technologies responsibly, for example by shutting down unnecessary services, aiming for energy-efficient code and content when possible, and actively promoting responsible generative AI usage within Vincit.
To ensure the safe and responsible use of generative AI, we encourage Vincitizens to continue to develop their skills in line with the demands of the industry. We also encourage them to embrace generative AI technologies as a means to enhance their own expertise, take our industry forward, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
We believe that generative AI tools can create more inclusive and sustainable designs by incorporating diverse datasets, considering various user needs, and generating accommodating design suggestions. We strive to proactively identify and mitigate potential bias in AI data that is under our control and use AI tools to analyze the environmental, social, and economic impacts to guide sustainable decision-making. We advocate for the integration of specialized sustainability and inclusive design experts to prioritize responsible and equitable outcomes in AI systems.
By adopting these principles, Vincit is committed to harnessing the power of generative AI. We’ll continue to research, explore, and experiment with generative AI technologies to create value for our customers – while fostering the professional growth of our employees and upholding our commitment to transparency and accountability.
