For the second year in a row, Vincit USA has made the Inc. 5000 list of most successful companies in the country. According to a letter from Scott Omelianuk, Editor in Chief at Inc. Media, we are one of only forty-three companies in 2022’s nominations that have made the list twice. We are humbled and excited to be in these ranks, and while we don’t want to toot our own horn too much, we do want to take a moment to reflect on how we got here, what it means, and what’s coming next.
How We Got Here
2022 has been a time of economic uncertainty and fluctuating work norms. During this challenging time, it’s been important to us to keep sight of our core goal: the happiness of our customers and of our employees. We believe that happy employees produce great work, and great work leads to happy customers. This in turn leads to a thriving business and steady growth potential… which allows us to bring more happy employees into our work family!
Here at Vincit, we work hard to foster an environment of collaboration, support, and trust, empowering our employees to become the best they can be.
What It Means
In order to foster that environment, the team at Vincit has enacted some unique and revolutionary systems, from our CEO of the Day program to our flat company hierarchy to our highly anticipated Team Building Seminars. While some of these programs are a disruption to the usual way of doing business, a track record of success and honors like the Inc. 5000 list help us to see one important thing: we’re definitely doing something right!
Not only do these conscious measures help us to retain and elevate a highly-talented team of agile developers, insightful UX designers, and a skilled support staff of account managers, HR reps, and sales… but they also enable us to deliver successful, valuable services whose revenue fuels future growth. We love hearing feedback from our clients about how our team helped them bring their vision into being. Even better is seeing how collaboration with our long-term clients has helped them on their own journey to growth and success.
What’s Coming Next
It’s been an exciting ride, and it doesn’t stop here. Our sights are set on making our reach even broader, our expertise and resources greater, and the heights to which we go for our clients positively unlimited.
In the past year, we’ve added some amazing new team members. These include recruitment specialists, financial analysts, and sales and marketing coordinators. And we continue to hire new roles at a rapid pace. At the same time, we’ve watched amazing growth in our development team… not only in adding new people, but in increasing the specialization and scope of our senior devs. These new team members and increased roles add new richness to our team culture, as well as help position us for another exciting chapter in Vincit’s growth.
