About Vincit’s CEO of the Day Program

Vincit’s CEO of the Day program was started by Ville Houttu as a way for employees to understand and embrace the decision making skills and impacts that being a CEO brings. Once a month, one employee is chosen as the CEO of the Day, where they get to make any decision they’d like on behalf of the entire company and enact it with little financial limit. Previous Vincit CEO of the Day decisions include employee-wide access to mental health coaching, ClassPass fitness memberships, a one time house cleaning service, fun additions to our officecs and much more.
