The platform addresses one of construction’s most expensive problems: delays and margin erosion caused by missing information, unclear responsibilities, and coordination gaps.
Adicio captures unstructured information generated in everyday site work, including voice notes, field photos, and project documents, and turns it into an up-to-date operational view for site leadership. This allows managers to spend less time gathering and structuring information and more time leading the work, safeguarding quality, and keeping projects on track.

A large construction site operates like a temporary enterprise: the site manager must coordinate dozens of companies and a constantly changing network of subcontractors while keeping quality, safety, schedule, and cost under control. Yet maintaining a reliable, real-time view of what is happening across the site remains difficult.
Many traditional construction systems rely on structured forms and manual data entry, adding administrative work to already busy teams. As a result, critical information remains trapped in chat threads, verbal conversations, meeting notes, and document repositories. When site leadership cannot quickly see open tasks, drawing changes, dependencies, and responsibilities, small misunderstandings can grow into costly delays.
Adicio’s solution was to build a platform that could capture and structure field information as part of the work itself without forcing teams to adopt a separate reporting routine or change how they naturally communicate.

The solution: Building a site intelligence platform around AI
Adicio selected Vincit through a competitive process that included hands-on coding workshops. The goal was to find a partner capable of moving at startup speed without compromising product quality or architectural rigor.
The product strategy centered on one key idea: instead of asking people to create more structured data, use AI to interpret the information already generated in everyday site work and turn it into actionable insight. Vincit joined as an extension of Adicio’s in-house team, contributing across brand strategy, visual identity, UX and UI design, software development, cloud architecture, and information security.
From the outset, the team adopted an AI-driven development model. The platform runs on AWS and uses large language models such as Anthropic’s Claude. Engineers used tools including Cursor and Claude to prototype, implement, and test features through rapid weekly iterations and continuous user testing.
AI accelerated the work, but experienced software architects retained ownership of system design, code quality, and reliability. Validation layers and guardrails were built into the platform to improve data accuracy and reduce the risk of model hallucinations.
Adicio integrates with existing repositories such as SokoPro and uses image recognition to identify locations from CAD drawings. Available through a mobile-optimized progressive web app and desktop interface, the platform can process unstructured input directly from the field.
A site manager can dictate a task or upload a site photo. Adicio can then extract the relevant details, connect the information to a location and responsible party, and highlight possible downstream scheduling impacts.
